On September 28, 2023, the Ministry of Finance issued Circular 61/2023/TT-BTC regulating the fees, regimes of collection, payment, management, and use of fees in the field of secured transaction registration. The Circular takes effect from November 15, 2023 with some highlights as follows:
(i) Updating the application scope of the regulations on payment of fees in the field of secured transactions;
(ii) Amending the fee schedule in the field of secured transaction registration.
