On October 4, 2024, the Government issued Decree 123/2024/ND-CP regulating sanctions for administrative violations in the land sector (Decree 123). This Decree is issued to ensure consistency with several provisions of the Law on Land 2024 and to overcome several difficulties and obstacles in the implementation of Decree 91/2019/ND-CP on sanctions for administrative violations in the land sector.
On May 4, 2024, Decree 46/2024/ND-CP (Decree 46) on amending and supplementing some articles of Decree 99/2013/ND-CP on sanctions of administrative violations in industrial property was issued by the Government, which shall take effect on July 1, 2024.
Decree 12/2022/ND-CP on regulations of administrative penalties for violations in labor, social insurance, and sending Vietnamese workers to work abroad under contracts (Decree 12). Decree 12 replaces Decree 28/2020/ND-CP. Some notable contents related to new regulations on sanctioning administrative violations in labor and salary are analyzed in the article.
On November 16, 2021, the Government issued Decree 102/2021/ND-CP amending and supplementing a number of provisions in Decree 125/2020/ND-CP on administrative sanctions for taxes and invoices-related violations. This Decree will take effect from January 01, 2022.
Draft Decree on Penalties for Administrative Violations in Cybersecurity is being developed by the Ministry of Public Security and undergoing public consultations by agencies, organizations and individuals.
