On May 10, 2024, the Government issued Decree 50/2024/ND-CP amending Decree 136/2020/ND-CP guiding the Law on Fire prevention and fighting and the Law on Fire prevention and fighting (amended) and Decree 83/2017/ND-CP regulating the rescue work of fire protection and prevention forces with several contents as follows:
(i) Supplementing regulations for establishments subject to fire prevention and fighting management;
(ii) Amending regulations on subjects subjected to fire prevention and fighting design approval; and
(iii) Amending and supplementing regulations on inspection contents of fire prevention and fighting.
