Ngày 12/06/2022, Chính phủ đã ban hành Nghị định 38/2022/NĐ-CP quy định về mức lương tối thiểu đối với người lao động làm việc theo hợp đồng lao động. Văn bản này sẽ thay thế cho Nghị định 90/2019/NĐ-CP.

On June 12, 2022, the Government issued Decree 38/2022/ND-CP prescribing statutory minimum wages paid to employees working under labor contracts to replace Decree 90/2019/ND-CP.
