Legal study on International experiences to improve the efficiency of environment-related tort damage dispute resolution

This Study is to enhance the efficiency of environmental-related tort damage dispute resolution in Viet Nam by learning from international law and other countries’ experience, thereby enhancing the sustainability of environmental justice efforts within the country.

Notable provisions of the Law on real estate business 2023

After 8 years from promulgation of the Law on Real Estate Business 66/2014/QH13 (Law on Real Estate Business 2014), the implementation of this law still has many shortcomings, causing difficulties and hindering business activities, transactions in the real estate market. Realizing the urgency in completing the provisions of the Law on Real Estate Business 2014, in order to remove obstacles, difficulties from the remaining shortcomings, on November 28, 2023, the National Assembly promulgated the Law on Real Estate Business 29/2023/QH15 (Law on Real Estate Business 2023), effective from August 1, 2024.

Some typical new regulations of the Land Law 2024

On January 18, 2024, the National Assembly promulgated Law on Land No. 31/2024/QH15 (Land Law 2024), which takes effect from January 1, 2025. The Land Law 2024 has many outstanding amendments and supplements that address the limitations of the previous law.
