Comments on the Law on Court-annexed mediation and dialogue 2020
In order to provide individuals and organizations an additional option for dispute resolution method, the National Assembly passed the Law on Court-annexed mediation and dialogue on June 16, 2020. The Law shall officially come into effect on January 1, 2021.
