In order to provide individuals and organizations an additional option for dispute resolution method, the National Assembly passed the Law on Court-annexed mediation and dialogue on June 16, 2020. The Law shall officially come into effect on January 1, 2021. NHQuang has analyzed some of the main regulations of the statute. The content of the article includes 3 (three) main parts:
