On November 1, 2024, the Ministry of Construction issued Circular 10/2024/TT-BXD (Circular 10) providing regulations on managing construction material (CM) product and commodity quality. Circular 10 takes effect from December 16, 2024.

Ngày 16/04/2024, Chính Phủ đã ban hành Nghị định 42/2024/NĐ-CP quy định chi tiết về hoạt động lấn biển (Nghị định 42). Nghị này được xây dựng và ban hành với mục đích hướng dẫn chi tiết quy định tại Điều 190 Luật Đất đai 2024 và áp dụng đối với các cơ quan, tổ chức, cá nhân có liên quan đến các hoạt động lấn biển, ngoài trừ các hoạt động phục vụ mục đích quốc phòng, an ninh.
On April 16, 2024, the Government issued Decree No. 42/2024/ND-CP providing detailed regulations on sea encroachment activities (Decree 42). This Decree is formulated and promulgated with the aim of providing detailed guidelines for Article 190 of the Law on Land 2024 and applies to agencies, organizations, and individuals involved in sea encroachment activities, except for activities serving national defense and security purposes.
Ngày 10/05/2024, Chính phủ đã ban hành Nghị định 50/2024/NĐ-CP sửa đổi Nghị định 136/2020/NĐ-CP hướng dẫn Luật Phòng cháy và chữa cháy (PCCC) và Luật PCCC sửa đổi và Nghị định 83/2017/NĐ-CP quy định về công tác cứu nạn, cứu hộ của lực lượng PCCC.
On May 10, 2024, the Government issued Decree 50/2024/ND-CP amending Decree 136/2020/ND-CP guiding the Law on Fire prevention and fighting and the Law on Fire prevention and fighting (amended) and Decree 83/2017/ND-CP regulating the rescue work of fire protection and prevention forces.
