In order to perfect the regulations on health insurance in accordance with the Party’s policies and orientations, in line with the practice and the compatibility with the health insurance laws of other countries, the Ministry of Health is drafting a Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Health Insurance.

Nhằm hoàn thiện quy định về BHYT theo định hướng của các chính sách, định hướng của Đảng, phù hợp với cơ sở thực tiễn và tương thích với pháp luật về BHYT của các quốc gia trên thế giới, Bộ Y tế đang xây dựng Dự thảo Luật sửa đổi, bổ sung một số điều của Luật BHYT.
