To support enterprises during difficult economic periods, on October 3, 2023, the Prime Minister issued Decision 25/2023/QD-TTg on reduction of land rents in 2023 (Decision 25). Decision 25, which is promulgated by the Prime Minister and comes into force from November 20, 2023, has contributed to reducing businesses’ burden in the context where the economy is facing numerous fluctuations, creating opportunities as well as motivation for enterprises to overcome the current difficulty.
