On June 8, 2023, the Ministry of Finance promulgated Circular 38/2023/TT-BTC on the collection rate, regime of collection, payment, management and use of the fees for appraisal of environmental impact assessment reports by central agencies. The following are some noticeable features of this Circular:
(i) Regulation on fee payers;
(ii) Regulation on fee declaration and payment;
(iii) Schedule of appraisal fee of environmental impact assessment reports.
