Ngày 04/10/2024, Chính phủ đã ban hành Nghị định 123/2024/NĐ-CP quy định về xử phạt vi phạm hành chính trong lĩnh vực đất đai (Nghị định 123). Nghị định này được ban hành nhằm đảm bảo sự thống nhất với một số quy định tại Luật Đất đai 2024; đồng thời khắc phục một số khó khăn, vướng mắc trong quá trình thực hiện Nghị định 91/2019/NĐ-CP về xử phạt vi phạm hành chính trong lĩnh vực đất đai.
On October 4, 2024, the Government issued Decree 123/2024/ND-CP regulating sanctions for administrative violations in the land sector (Decree 123). This Decree is issued to ensure consistency with several provisions of the Law on Land 2024 and to overcome several difficulties and obstacles in the implementation of Decree 91/2019/ND-CP on sanctions for administrative violations in the land sector.
On September 16, 2024, the Government issued Decree 115/2024/ND-CP stipulating details for a number of articles and providing implementation measures for the Law on Bidding concerning the selection of investors to implement land-using investment projects (Decree 115). Decree 115 is issued to improve the legal framework for bidding in the selection of investors to implement investment projects in accordance with the new regulations of the Law on Bidding 2023 and the Law on Land 2024. Decree 115 takes effect from September 16, 2024.
Ngày 16/09/2024, Chính phủ đã ban hành Nghị định số 115/2024/NĐ-CP quy định quy định chi tiết một số điều và biện pháp thi hành Luật Đấu thầu về lựa chọn nhà đầu tư thực hiện dự án đầu tư có sử dụng đất (Nghị định 115). Nghị định 115 được ban hành nhằm hoàn thiện khung pháp luật về đấu thầu lựa chọn nhà đầu tư thực hiện dự án đầu tư kinh doanh phù hợp với quy định mới của Luật Đấu thầu 2023 và Luật Đất đai 2024. Nghị định 115 có hiệu lực từ ngày 16/09/2024.

Ngày 30/07/2024, Chính phủ đã ban hành Nghị định số 103/2024/NĐ-CP quy định về tiền sử dụng đất, tiền thuê đất (Nghị định 103). Nghị định 103 được ban hành nhằm cụ thể hóa các quy định tại Luật Đất đai 2024 liên quan đến tính, thu, nộp, quản lý tiền sử dụng đất, tiền thuê đất; đồng thời giải quyết các vấn đề do thực tiễn đặt ra khi triển khai thực hiện các quy định nói trên theo Luật Đất đai 2013 trước đây. Nghị định 103 có hiệu lực từ ngày 01/08/2024.
