All works published on VNLawFind are produced by NHQuang&Associates members or cooperated with other individuals and/or organizations. We propose readers or users of these works on this blog together with us to respect the copyright on VNLawFind.

With our respect for the copyright of the co-authors who are not members of the firm, we have been making efforts to ask for permission from them for publishing the works or abstracts onto VNLawFind. The names of the co-authors shall always been respected and protected on the works or abstracts on VNLawFind.

At any time, should any author find dissatisfaction with any publication of the joint works on VNLawFind, please kindly email us at contact@nhquang.com to request for cancelation. All related works or work sections (if applicable) shall be removed from the blog promptly after receiving the request. Please accept our sincere apology in the event that any joint work is published while we have yet to obtain consent from its co-author(s).

As regards the works owned by Vietnamese or overseas agencies, organizations, or publishing houses that order the study, they shall be introduced only in compliance with provisions of the contracts between such organizations with NHQuang&Associates or once they have been widely published online free of charge by such organizations. For other works, VNLawFind will provide an abstract and some scanned pages of the work if it is permitted. VNLawFind shall not circulate those subject to restrictions on announcement and circulation in the related contracts between the owner(s) and NHQuang&Associates. Up to November 2019, a number of works by NHQuang&Associates have not been published on VNLawFind because of the compliance with contracts between NHQuang&Associates and the owners.

The works owners also have the full right to show their opinions about our publication of the works by email to contact@nhquang.com, and NHQuang&Associates shall study the relevant contracts for immediate action.

As emphasized, we heartily wish to introduce our works widely to the public so that they could reach to anyone who are dedicated for jurisprudent development, policy making and institutional enhancement in Viet Nam. Therefore, we do hope to receive support and accompany of other authors and owners.

To ensure copyright and ownership rights over the works, and facilitate the blog users’ study, the works on VNLawFind shall contain the suggested citation as follows:
