VNLawFind is designed as a blog to publish the studies, writings, speeches, and presentations (“works”) made by NHQuang&Associates as well as the firm’s members and delivered at public or internal seminars. We do not purport to advertise or commercialize these works, but solely wish to take our works out of the locked cabinets to the public, bringing them to those who are keen on jurisprudent development, policy making and institutional enhancement in Viet Nam. This effort is naturally pro bono work without profit by lawyers and other members of NHQuang&Associates.

The blog is also a vehicle for NHQuang&Associates’ lawyers and researchers to introduce their jurisprudent studies as well as legal practicing skills which helps to promote better practicing capacity and higher responsibility of our associates in developing a rule-of-law society.

In reality, VNLawFind was formulated long ago and associated with NHQuang&Associates’ development since 2004. In this return, the blog functions have been improved and more compatible to the current technology.

It is possible that the studies and analyses posted on VNLawFind or the analytic methods of NHQuang & Associates have not met the requirements of the readers, but the developers of VNLawFind only expect readers to consider these as paving stones for jurisprudent development in Viet Nam.
